What happens after I sign with Troveo?

After signing your agreement with Troveo, you can begin ingesting content to be processed and submitted for deals.


1. Onboarding & Portal Access

After signing, you will receive an onboarding email. This email grants access to your Troveo portal, where you can select the content ingestion method that best fits your workflow and volume of footage.

Within your portal, you can track the status of all uploaded content.


2. Uploading & Processing Your Content

Uploaded footage undergoes a processing period.

To help speed up processing, we recommend transcoding your footage before uploading.


3. Licensing Your Content

Once your footage has been processed, Troveo works to license it to AI clients. We strive to place your content in as many deals as possible.

You can monitor the status of your footage under the “Delivery and Earnings” tab in your portal.


4. Getting Paid

Payments are processed after your footage is successfully licensed and the AI client deal has closed.

Payouts are based on the finalized licensing agreements and will be reflected in your portal once issued.


5. Referring Other Licensors

If you know other content partners who may benefit from joining Troveo, we welcome referrals. Submit a support ticket to learn more about becoming a Troveo affiliate.
