What do ‘submitted hours’ in the portal mean?

Last updated: October 15, 2025

“Submitted hours” refers to the total amount of content that Troveo delivers to an AI client for review based on their specific content requirements.

Before each deal, Troveo receives detailed specifications from the client. These may include resolution, clip duration, aspect ratio (horizontal or vertical), and other technical criteria. Troveo reviews all ingested content that meets and determines which hours match the client’s specifications.

Note: Submitted hours are not the same as accepted hours. Submitted hours represent what Troveo delivers to the client for consideration. Accepted hours are the subset of submitted hours that the client ultimately licenses.
