How long does it take for footage to appear in the portal?

Processing times vary depending on how your footage is submitted.

• Direct portal uploads and Amazon S3 uploads: These are the fastest submission methods. Please allow a few days for footage submitted through these channels to appear in your portal.

• Import from Cloud Storage: Please allow up to two weeks for footage to appear in your portal.

• Import from YouTube: Please allow up to two weeks for footage to appear in your portal.

• Shipping hard drives: Please allow one to three weeks for footage to appear in your portal.

Every video you upload is eligible for licensing as soon as it has been received, even if it does not yet show as “processed” in your portal. The portal status simply reflects where files are in the internal processing pipeline. Availability for licensing is not dependent on that status.
