Sourcing Deal: High-Quality Narrative Scripted Film & TV (Submit Before November 21st)

Overview

We currently have an active buyer for high-quality, narrative scripted Film & TV content.

To maximize how much of your library can participate, we are asking eligible licensors to upload as much net new scripted content as possible by end of day Thursday, November 20th. We are targeting an additional 7,000–9,000 hours of scripted Film & TV.

Content Requirements

Eligible content (included):

  • Narrative, scripted Film & TV

    • Series and miniseries

    • Episodic television

    • Features and movies

  • Extremely high production value (broadcast or premium quality)

  • Net new to Troveo:

    • Content that has not already been delivered to Troveo

    • New titles or episodes not currently in our system

Content Exclusions

The following content will not be eligible for this specific deal:

  • Unscripted / reality

  • Documentary

  • Talk shows / news / current affairs

  • Sports

  • Clip compilations, “best of” edits, or other compilation-style cuts

Only narrative scripted Film & TV with high production value should be included for this sourcing program.

Delivery Instructions

Please deliver content via your standard Troveo delivery workflow, using whichever method you already use with us:

  • Troveo licensor portal

  • S3 bucket (if pre-configured)

  • Approved file transfer workflow (e.g., direct file transfer as used in prior deliveries)

To help us prioritize this content for the buyer, please:

  • Clearly label all relevant deliveries as:
    Scripted – Net New

  • This label can be applied at the folder level (preferred) or as part of your normal folder naming conventions.

Deadline

This is a time-sensitive sourcing request.

  • Deadline: End of day Thursday, November 20th (local time in your usual delivery workflow)

  • This deadline is hard. We need files in by this time in order to:

    • Ingest

    • Validate / QC

    • Package and deliver content into the buyer’s deal before it closes

Content delivered after the deadline may still be ingested into Troveo, but will not be included in this specific buyer opportunity.

Volume Expectations

If possible, please share a quick estimate of how many hours you expect to upload via email to support@troveo.ai so we can plan ingestion and QC capacity.

However, the most important action is:

Start uploading eligible scripted content as soon as possible.

Even partial volumes are valuable for this deal.
