Understanding recoupable expenses

Certain external expenses related to fulfilling licensing obligations may be passed through to licensors, as applicable. These expenses may include physical hard drives, ingestion, data transfers, hosting/storage, transcoding, and other pre-processing steps required to fulfill a licensing deal.  

Once calculated, these expenses are directly visible in the licensor portal in the Delivery & Earnings portal. Because of the nature of these expenses, the calculations may not be completed until after licensors receive a payment from a completed deal.
