I have footage on hard drives. What is the best way to get that footage to Troveo?

The easiest way to submit your hard drives for processing is to complete the form in your Troveo dashboard and ship your drives to our processing facility.

Please package your drives securely to ensure they arrive undamaged. Drives are returned in the same packaging in which they were sent, with all data intact.

Please allow one to three weeks for processing once the drives have been received.

If you are unable to ship your hard drives, please submit a support ticket so our team can explore alternative solutions.

RAID drives

If you are submitting RAID drives, please send them as complete units rather than as individual drives from a larger RAID set.

We are unable to recover usable data from single drives that are part of a RAID array. These drives contain only fragments of files and cannot be processed without the full set and the original enclosure.
