Does Troveo lend out hard drives?

Hard drives are available by request only. 

All hard drive requests are carefully reviewed by the Troveo team. Approval is subject to evaluation, and while we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee availability.

To request a hard drive:

• Fill out a Troveo Hard Drive Service Order within your portal

Please note:

• Approved requests are treated as a recoupable expense, and a per-day cost is incurred as time progresses.

• Due to high demand, processing times for hard drives may be longer than other submission methods. For quicker processing, we recommend submitting footage using other options available in your portal.
